Finding a winter home in the valley can be an arduous task. I reached out to the Berry Team to assist me with this endeavor. Having lived here prior and being a graduate of ASU – I knew the Valley well and where I wanted to live. The issue was finding something which would fit into my budget. We had a weekend to make this happen. Everything that I saw did not work for several reasons. Rick Berry said now let me show you where you are going to live. He took me to a beautiful complex in North Phoenix close to the old PV Mall. The only unit available was overlooking the pool. Rick expressed the noise would drive you crazy and I agreed. A unit on the golf course opened two weeks later and Rick put in an offer. I could not have been happier. Rick & Kristian managed this unit until I retired. So not only did they find the property but also assisted with my renters until I could relocate for the winter months. If you are searching for a Realtor in the Phoenix market – I would absolutely recommend the Berry Team. You will be extremely happy with the services and guidance they provide. - Shawn

The Berry Team was my choice when they came to the initial meeting prepared, knowledgeable about the area, and ready to work. From start to finish, they did exactly what they said they would do—every time. Our house was on the market for just three days before it sold

I was initially anxious about the process, but The Berry Team made it completely painless. Their expertise, communication, and dedication made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend them as the right people to sell your home. - Mike

There are two types of real estate agents—those you have to stay on top of and those you can trust. I don’t want to have to micromanage my agent because they don’t know what they’re doing or don’t care enough to do it. Unfortunately, I’ve had to in the past, which is why I was very careful when selecting The Berry Team.

Real estate agents aren’t free, which is why it’s important to work with a great one. The Berry Team was excellent. They knew exactly what needed to be done and handled everything with professionalism and expertise. It was so refreshing to be able to sit back and trust that every detail was being taken care of.

It’s hard to find a team with such competence and even more refreshing when you do. So, to The Berry Team, I say Bravo! and Thank You!
